Description
Nylon is one of the most popular synthetic polymers used in many industrial applications. Utilizing its durability, strength, and flexibility, this type of 3D printer filament is used to create functional prototypes, various types of tools, mechanical parts, and end-use parts that require durability and wear resistance.
Among technical filaments, we can say that nylon is one of the strongest, most durable and most versatile materials for 3D printing thanks to interlayer adhesion and low friction. It is stiff, but can bend slightly under pressure. This feature helps prevent the printed model from cracking. It should also be noted that it is resistant to corrosion from alkali and other organic chemicals, making it a versatile 3D printing filament that can solve multiple mechanical requirements for engineers and manufacturers.
To achieve good results, you need to print at a temperature of 260-280°C, and the printing table should be heated to 90-110°C. Please note that the print temperature range may vary slightly depending on the use of other printers.
